Kim is one of the leading experts on the field of stuckness and its effects.  Her approach encompasses the exploration and support of the mind/body connection through nutrition, exercise, and other body-oriented practices.  She is currently completing her doctoral dissertation on the experience of stuckness and has been a practicing psychotherapist for many years, specializing in transpersonal and expressive arts.
